Nyhedsbrev – november 2011
Turen finder sted i dagene 26/4 – 29/4 2012.
Vi gengiver dem her:
*2009 Celler Xavier Clua Mas d'en Pol Blanca

Blanca (the principal grape of DO Terra Alta), 20% Chardonnay, with the balance Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat fermented and aged in stainless steel.Medium straw-colored with an amber tint, it offers up an alluring nose oforange blossom, floral notes, herbs and cut grass. This leads to a dry, fruity, flavourful wine buttressed by vibrant acidity. This lengthy pleasure-bent offering is an outstanding value.

Toasty oak, Asian spices, incense, lavender, black cherry, and black raspberry aromas inform the nose of a sweetly-fruited, ripe, structured wine with incipient complexity. Give it another 2-3 years of cellaring and drink it from 2013 to 2021.
